My overall experience with Nick was tremendous. Nick is a seasoned professional who helped sell my place in a very difficult location, north of Howard Street in the Rogers Park neighborhood, in just nine days - which was a new record for my building. He also got me the highest price in my building since the Crash of 2008-9. From the very start, I felt extremely comfortable working with Nick. He provided excellent advice when we were strategizing at the beginning of the process of setting a price for my condo. The price we set it at was spot on and generated a lot of interest. Nick also had a great photographer shoot amazing photos that showed my place to great advantage and also was instrumental in helping to sell the place in such a short time. When the first bid came in, I was amazed that Nick helped negotiate a price that was just a few thousand dollars shy of the asking price. Nick's great skill as a realtor didn't stop there. He was there for me every step of the way until closing which was delayed by one week because of complications on the seller side. Nick made sure that the lines of communication were open during a very difficult and anxiety-prone week when the sellers' lawyer and realtor stopped communicating with us just days before the original closing date. Nick was instrumental in saving the deal and getting the closing rescheduled for the following week. All in all, I don't know what I would have done with out Nick's steady, calm and confident guidance throughout this whole process. I can't say enough good things about him. Nick is everything and more one would ever want in a real estate professional. He has a client for life with me.
